When Life Gives You Lemons Throw Them Back and Ask For a Gratitude Journal

I was gifted a gratitude journal for my birthday, and it turned out to be one of the best presents I've ever received.

I'm a huge fan of positive thinking, but the journal sat on my nightstand for a few days before I made my first entry and started my journey of documenting the people, events, and thoughts that make my days brighter.

I don't make an entry every day or even every week, but it is still amazing what that little book has done for me.

Sure, there are days when things don't work out the way I want, but the point of a gratitude journal is not to write about those things. It's all about focusing on the positive.

So far I've completed 25 entries of nothing but good vibes, positive thoughts, and happiness. If I feel like I'm having a bad day, I open the journal and am instantly reminded of the multiple things I have to be thankful for.

Have I convinced you to get one yet? You won't be disappointed, and they make a great gift.

Cheers, my friends!
